DO NOT SEND ANY DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE EMBASSY

PART I Educational Documents
Verifying education credentials can take several weeks so please attend to this NOW!

* Contact your college and request the following be sent to you TODAY

* A recently dated official transcript (for your bachelor’s degree)
(Do not open it)
* A verification letter from the registrar’s office indicating:
1. Your full name and social security number
2. The degree that was issued & when it was issued
3. Name & telephone number of the contact person in the registrar office
4. Current Date
* Most colleges have privacy policies prohibiting them from releasing information without your consent. When you contact the registrar’s office please ask them about an authorization to release information. Please sign the release so that a representative from the Saudi Education Mission will be calling the registrar’s office to verify the material.

* Go to www.degreeverify.com and if your institution participates please follow through to obtain a verification and email it to us at saudischool@gmail.com
If your degree is from an offshore or internet university please contact us today.

N.B. Although you may have provided ALL of this information to the employer in Saudi. The embassy is NOT in touch with the employer. They only see the documents in front of them. Once Our Agent collects all of the above items she will hand deliver them to the Saudi Educational/Cultural Mission. An official at the Mission then verifies your educational credentials which is an important item required for the work visa. Once the documents are verified she will collect them and then include them in the visa application package. The visa section of the embassy is in a separate building from the Mission.
