We’ve been recruiting for some schools for 20 years so we understand the process.  We have contracts with the employers. We do NOT shop” your resume to strangers. The competition is strong but nevertheless they have a number of positions to fill.

How do we get the educational director to notice your application among all the other? It is difficult, but we put a lot of work into it and we will require some work from you.

The director makes 95% of the hiring decisions based solely on the basis of the information (paper) that is before him.  There maybe a phone interview. (They’ve recently began to conduct Skype interviews but they are not consistent).  Only your resume and your documentation represent you.
It is very rare for anyone to call a candidate or our office if they have a question or a doubt.  They may call you references. They will simply reject your application without providing a reason.

Breaks in employment or advancement or anything doubtful or negative will result in a quick rejection of your application.  It is just so much easier for them to say NO and move your application off their desks since they have a large pile of other candidates to sift through.  Let’s not give them any reason to discard your application without a fair appraisal.

We want to make it easy for the folks who read through piles of applications every day by preparing an abstract or summary of your detailed resume and professional achievements that will allow them to quickly see that you are the candidate they need. . In other words let's prepare a marketing tool which includes the following important elements.  

A.  Summary - Please prepare a short intelligent summary of your skills and professional interests.
Include the items you would ordinarily tell the Principal at an interview.  Be detailed and exact and not vague.  You can type your summary directly into an email or send it as a document attachment, whichever is easier for you.  Dont' worry we will reformat the text and prepare a professional looking presentation.  This is much like a cover letter.

B.  FORMS  We will provide the appropriate forms

C.   Resume Please provide a very detailed resume indicating your experience in depth going beyond the summary.  The hiring decisions will be based only on the information you supply in writingThey will not call you to fill in the details. So send us details

D.  CredentialsForward copies of your degrees, diplomas and licenses/ certificate
              NOT transcripts. (We do NOT want your CEU certificates).


E.  Answer the  Important  Questions from the principal

F.  3 letters of reference from your colleagues or supervisors or mentors etc., indicating your excellent professional skills. Currently Dated and Addressed to AL Hada Internationl School. Collect these letters and only send us copies.  Keep the originals with you.

G.  Employment Verifications – These are official letters or documents directly from your current and past employers (on letterhead and signed) that indicate your exact dates of employment and yourjob titles. Just simple statements of fact not statements about your performance.

H. Photo Image

I. Copy of the photo page of your passport.
