5 years of documented teaching experience in a formal setting.
This is a self contained private American Styled International School K-10.
All instruction is in the English Language using the State of Virginia Curriculum.
Because of Employer Visa requirements only US citizens will be accepted
Great Tax Free Salary (about $44K USD PLUS) 2 1/2 months off
Free housing, medical care
round trip travel
Regular school year, only day time classes, 5 days per week.
Private Elementary/Primary school 20 teachers /300 kids
Candidate would have to be in the states to obtain the work visa for this job.
Students are not Saudis, they are the children of doctors who work at the hospital located on the same campus as the school. You will be part of a large international community. The students are multi cultural, multi national but English speaking.
We are looking for experienced female teachers to teach in a North American styled primary/elementary school. These are beyond ESL positions. We are looking for Kindergarten, Elementary and middle school grades through grade 9.
The school employs a qualified, professionally trained staff. Most of the teachers and the principal are from the United States or Canada. The remaining faculty members are employed from the local expatriate community.
The school also employs staff who provide educational and administrative support throughout the school. All support staff are hired from the local community.
Interested applicants must complete an employment application form, a DETAILED resume and provide copies of:
* Letters of recommendation from past employers.
* Letters or records verifying full time employment.
* Other paperwork that will support their application.
Each teacher applicant should also provide copies of college degree(s) and current valid teacher certification. Prior experience must have been full-time employment in a job with description similar to the position for which the applicant is applying.
